In 2002, a grant program was developed to assist Winfield residents who are going into or are already in the healthcare and bioscience field. This grant program is available for healthcare professionals including hospital or nursing home employees, lab and x-ray techs, aides, nurses, and LPNs who wish to advance their knowledge and skills in caring for their patients. Students who are enrolled in junior college RN programs are eligible and should apply through the grant program

Grant applications are accepted and determined on an ad hoc basis throughout the year. Please send completed applications directly to HLSMRF.
